From the initial site survey to the final engineer’s report, we prioritise customer satisfaction, which means working on schedule, on budget and with all the customers’ requirements attended to along the way.
As well as ensuring the highest level of customer care, we also make sure our customers are aware of the current British Standards and legislative requirements, providing information on their systems and any recommendations for improvement or compliance.
Based in Darwen (Blackburn), Trident Fire & Security operates throughout the North of England, and is continuously building on its impressive portfolio of FM companies, independent business and Blue-Chip companies.
All Trident Fire & Security engineers are fully trained, qualified and experienced within their respective fields. At Trident, we ensure that product & equipment training, as well as ongoing field assessments and health & safety training, provides our engineers with the most up-to-date knowledge in the field of Fire & Security systems.
