New Trident Portal

Trident Fire & Security Group are excited to be able to introduce you to our NEW Trident Portal.
But what does this mean for current, and new, customers?
The new Trident Portal has a cleaner, more user-friendly feel, with worksheets spread across a variety of folders for an individual customer.

Trident understand the need for customers to have information readily available as soon as work has been completed. By working on tablets, engineers are able to send completed worksheets to customers whilst still on site (excluding sub-contracted disciplines).

We believe at Trident that an open and transparent way of working allows us to build excellent relationships with our customers. Whether it be a service report sheet, a call-out sheet or a dynamic risk assessment, customers will have up-to-date knowledge on the health of their Fire or Security Systems.
