Fire Alarm maintenance is the solid foundation on which Trident Fire Systems is built. As a company awarded the National Security Inspectorate Fire Silver Approval and BAFE SP203 accreditation for Fire Alarm maintenance, as well as the design, installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems, Trident Fire Systems have demonstrated their commitment to providing the highest level of professionalism, customer service and satisfaction.
All Fire Alarm maintenance is carried out in accordance with BS 5839, part 1:2002 +A2:2008, ensuring the life safety systems we service meet all legislative requirements and carry out the function they are designed for – providing safety for life and protection for property and equipment.
We believe that working in partnership with our customers, and providing information on the Fire Alarm System beyond that required by British Standards, will best enable our customers to meet their requirements under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order introduced in 2006.
Trident Fire Systems provide Fire Alarm maintenance, Gas Extinguishing Systems, Aspirating Systems, Emergency Lighting, Portable Extinguishers and Sprinkler Systems. We undertake all Fire Alarm Maintenance on all Fire Alarm Systems regardless of manufacture, drawing on the training and experience of our dedicated and fully trained engineering team. With ongoing field assessments, health and safety training, and manufacturers training, Trident Fire Systems ensure that the engineers carrying out the Fire Alarm maintenance of your Fire Alarm System meet our demanding standards of quality and assurance.
In addition to the routine Fire Alarm maintenance of your Fire Alarm System at six monthly or quarterly intervals, as required by the customers own risk assessment, Trident Fire Systems provide a 24 hour 365 day emergency call-out service, guaranteeing an 8 hour response to site as required by BS5839, although over 90% of our call-outs are attended within 4 hours.
